Team Lakay has been training their athletes to get them back on track. One of the things we got into is to get the athletes back on shape.
Aside from trainings, one of the things Team Lakay went busy to was establishing their merch at Porta Vaga, Baguio City.
Morning Stairs Training was also done to get the athletes back on shape.
