Team Lakay’s Estrada Dongga-as hopes to bounce back when he steps inside the Zeus Combat League on October 26 at the SM Skydome in Quezon City.

After his debut in One Championship Friday Fights where he was edged by Van Nam Phan via a second – round stoppage, Donga-as is eager to get back to action and bounce back.

The 29-year-old Team Lakay fighter, whose record stands at 3-2, will take on Team Alpa One’s Kimbert Alintozon who owns five wins and two loss record, with three of his victories via submission.

Donga-as is one of the few prospects coming out of Team Laky, who has been with the team for almost a decade, honing his skills in the grass roots while seeing action in several Team Lakay Championships event before getting a call up in ONE Friday Fight Nights last August.

With both fighters having similar styles, organizers believe it will be a showdown of precision, violence, and brute force.

Joining Donga-as in the oct. 26 event is Dutch Joris Jonker who also trains with Team Lakay.

Jonker, who is now based in La Trinidad, Benguet will gun for the promotion’s 175 lbs division title against Hero Marco Manguray, son of the Filipino legendary MMA fighter Angelito.

Coach Mark Sangiao, in an earlier interview said this will be a good test for both fighters have been constantly working out in the gym to polish their wares.

Jonker, since joining Team Lakay has shown huge progress, winning countless gold medals in several grappling competitions while earning back – to – back wins in Team Lakay Championships.

He first saw action in TLC – Kabayan in 2023 where he made short work of Artie Lee Cajolo then followed it up with a first-round submission victory against Mark Obero in December 2023.

In March this year, Jonker also finished Alex Bigander in TLC 19 Congressman Eric Go Yap Martial Arts Tournament with a first-round rear naked choke.
